Stages of a landscaping project

1. Initial assessment
We listen to the client’s requests, ideas and concerns. We examine the garden’s condition, sharing insights with the client to reach an initial joint evaluation.

Our study of the initial situation yields a concise project proposal with defined objectives, visualisations of final results, a phased action plan with timelines, and a detailed budget.

2. Site analysis
We conduct topographic and other environmental studies to obtain data to support spatial optimisation and predict soil behaviour based on its characteristics.

3. Landscape and visual impact analysis (LVIA)
A comprehensive analysis by chartered landscape architects.

4. Master plan
A scale drawing showing the final layout of the garden and all areas included in the project. 3D renders are included to enhance visualisation of the developed concept.

5. Proposal confirmation
Any feedback from the client is incorporated into the initial proposal. Once the project has been agreed and the estimate accepted, project development begins.

6. Construction
In partnership with Ibiza-based builders, we begin construction of the garden or specified improvements. Various team members—designers, site managers and gardening technicians—work on site, under constant supervision from the project manager, who ensures deadlines are met and maintains open communication with the client.

7. Planting
After reviewing built elements, installing irrigation, and re-evaluating soil conditions, we implement the planting plan.

8. Planting follow-up
We monitor plant establishment post-planting, addressing any issues promptly to ensure success.

9. Maintenance
An optional post-project service whereby we care for, maintain and enhance the garden.
